We currently offer shipping to North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), Europe, parts of Central America and parts of South America. Shipping rates are as follows:

U.S. Domestic Orders

USPS calculated rate shipping based on weight

Free USPS shipping on orders of $50 or more

International Orders

$15 USPS flat rate shipping on orders under $50

$10 USPS flat rate shipping on orders over $50 

When will my order ship?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing and shipping estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

How can I track my package?                         

                                                                                 
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFO./LOST, MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are in no way responsible for packages delivered incorrectly and/or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to Bebesita Beauty due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with re-delivery.  

We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the postal carrier.

In the event your package is not delivered to you after it has been marked delivered by the postal service please, notify us promptly within 5 business days of the postal service marking your package as delivered at info@bebesitabeauty.com. We will reasonably work to rectify the issue with you in a manner we see fit.
